By booking an appointment on yoodiafricanbraiding.com, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Booking Deposit Requirement

To secure your preferred time slot at Yoodiafricanbraiding, you must pay a deposit when you book.

Commitment: This deposit confirms your appointment and allows us to get ready for your specific braiding style.

Payment: The deposit will go toward the final cost of your braiding service on the day of your appointment.

2. The 48-Hour Notice Rule

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To maintain our high standard of service, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment.

 

A.  Rescheduling with 48 Hours’ Notice

If you need to change your appointment to a different date or time:

Deposit Credit: If you give us at least 48 hours’ notice, we will keep your deposit securely and fully apply it to your rescheduled service.

Flexibility: We will help you find the next available time that works for you.

 

B.  Cancellation without Rescheduling

If you decide to cancel your braiding appointment completely without choosing a new date:

Non-Refundable Deposit: According to industry standards, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. This fee covers the administrative time and the reserved slot held for you.

 

C.  Late Cancellations (Less than 48 Hours)

Any cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the immediate loss of your deposit. You will need to provide a new deposit to book another session.

3. Late Arrival & Grace Period

Braiding takes time, and being on time is important for both our stylists and other clients.

15-Minute Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.

Late Consequences: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may cancel your appointment to avoid delaying others. In that case, your deposit will be forfeited.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive for your appointment without notifying us (No-Show), you will immediately lose your deposit. At Yoodiafricanbraiding, we value professional commitment, and repeated no-shows may prevent you from booking future online appointments.
