Terms and Conditions
Yoodi African Hair Braiding

By booking an appointment with Yoodi African Hair Braiding, you agree to the following policies.
1. Appointments and Booking
Appointments may be scheduled through phone, social media, or online booking platforms.
Please provide accurate contact information when booking so we can communicate regarding your appointment.
2. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened service depending on availability.
This ensures fairness to other scheduled clients.
3. Deposits
Certain styles may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits will be applied toward the final cost of the service.
Deposits may be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled within the allowed cancellation window.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled late or missed without notice may result in:
- loss of deposit
- cancellation fee
- requirement of a deposit for future bookings
5. Service Pricing
Service prices may vary based on:
- Hair length
- Style complexity
- Hair type used
- Time required for service
Final pricing may be confirmed during consultation or at the appointment.
6. Hair Preparation
Clients should arrive with:
- clean hair
- detangled hair
- minimal product buildup
Additional preparation may result in an extra service charge.
7. Satisfaction Policy
If you have any concerns about your hairstyle, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can review and address the issue.
8. Health and Safety
Clients should inform us of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before service begins.
Yoodi African Hair Braiding is not responsible for reactions or discomfort resulting from undisclosed conditions.
9. Photography
Photos of hairstyles may occasionally be taken for portfolio or promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us before your service begins.
Refund Policy
Due to the time and labor involved in braiding services, all services are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your hairstyle, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can evaluate the concern and determine whether adjustments can be made.
Adjustments may be offered at the discretion of Yoodi African Hair Braiding.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- completed services
- dissatisfaction due to style preference changes
- issues reported after 24 hours
Hair Supply Policy
Hair is not included in the listed service prices unless otherwise specified.
Human Hair Styles
For styles that require human hair, clients must bring their own hair to the appointment.
Synthetic Hair Styles
For styles using synthetic hair, hair can be provided by the salon for an additional fee of:
$20 – $30 depending on the style and hair required.
Clients are also welcome to bring their own hair if preferred.
